Services

What we sell, and what we will not claim.

Nine services for outside clients around the world. Each one can stand alone or sit inside a monthly reporting retainer. None of them include a guaranteed rank, lead count, or revenue number.

01

Websites

Public sites that are readable on a phone and maintainable after launch.

What it is

We plan, design, and build the site your customers actually use. Pages are written in plain language, laid out for a phone first, and handed over so you can see what you own.

  • Information architecture and page list before visual design
  • Responsive layouts with 44px controls and visible focus states
  • Contact paths, service pages, and location pages as scoped
  • Launch checklist: redirects, titles, analytics hookup, sitemap

What we will not claim

  • A new website does not guarantee rankings, leads, or revenue
  • We will not invent reviews, awards, or client logos you do not have

02

Local SEO

The unglamorous work that helps nearby customers find the right listing.

What it is

Local search is listings, on-site location signals, and consistency. We tidy what people and search engines already look at. Then we report what we did.

  • Google Business Profile review and recommended fixes
  • NAP consistency pass across the sources you already use
  • On-site local pages for the areas you actually serve
  • A written punch list, not a mystery campaign

What we will not claim

  • We do not guarantee map-pack placement or a particular rank
  • We do not sell review generation or fake citations

03

Technical SEO audits

A written findings list: crawl, indexation, speed, and structural issues.

What it is

An audit is a diagnosis. We crawl, check indexation, look at speed and structure, and hand you a prioritized list. Fixing the list is a separate scope unless we agree otherwise.

  • Crawl of the current public site
  • Indexation, canonical, and redirect notes
  • Core template and performance observations
  • Priority order: fix first, then later, then ignore

What we will not claim

  • An audit is not a ranking campaign and does not include guaranteed recovery
  • We will not bury findings in a 80-page slide deck nobody reads

04

Content

Pages and articles written for the people you serve, not for a keyword costume.

What it is

We write and edit on-site copy, service pages, and articles that match how your business actually talks. If we cannot stand behind a claim, it does not go on the page.

  • Page outlines you can approve before drafting
  • Plain-spoken copy for the pages in scope
  • On-page titles and descriptions that match the content
  • A record of what published and when, in the monthly report

What we will not claim

  • We do not fabricate case studies, credentials, or results
  • We do not guarantee that a piece of content will rank or convert

05

Email

Opt-in messages people can actually read. No rented lists.

What it is

Newsletters and simple sequences with a clear reason to exist. Setup, templates, and the first issues. Then a report of what sent and what we know about delivery.

  • List and consent review for the tools you already use
  • Template and a short series or newsletter cadence as scoped
  • Plain-language preference and unsubscribe paths

What we will not claim

  • We do not buy, scrape, or rent email lists
  • We do not guarantee open rates, clicks, or sales from a send

06

Video ads

Short promotional pieces for paid placement, scoped separately from the media buy.

What it is

Concept, shot plan, edit, and versions cut for the placements you named. Buying the ads is a different line of work unless the scope says otherwise.

  • A written concept and length before production
  • Edit of the agreed cutdowns
  • Captions and file naming for the platforms in scope

What we will not claim

  • We do not guarantee views, leads, or return on ad spend
  • A video is not a substitute for a working website and a clear offer

07

Brand identity

A usable system: type, color, mark, and rules you can hand to a printer or a developer.

What it is

Identity for a business that needs to look consistent online and off. We deliver a small board and files, not a full rebrand.

  • Mark, type, and color directions you can apply
  • Basic do / do-not usage notes
  • File handoff for web and print as scoped

What we will not claim

  • We are not a trademark or copyright law firm
  • We will not claim a new logo will grow revenue on its own

08

Analytics

Measurement that matches real actions, set up so a monthly report has something true to say.

What it is

We connect the properties you own, name the events that matter, and write down what each number means. If we cannot measure it, we will not pretend.

  • Property and access review
  • Event and conversion mapping for the actions in scope
  • A short measurement key used in monthly reporting

What we will not claim

  • Dashboards are not leads, and we will not invent vanity metrics
  • We do not guarantee a particular traffic or conversion number

09

Monthly reporting

The same written report every month: work done, what the numbers did, what we recommend next.

What it is

Reporting is not a PDF dump of graphs. It is a letter you can read in one sitting, with the same sections each month so you can compare. This is central to how we work.

  • Work completed in the period
  • Measurement notes for the properties that are connected
  • Recommendations and open questions
  • A stable format, month after month

What we will not claim

  • A report does not create rankings or revenue by existing
  • We will not fill empty months with decorative charts

Monthly reporting is both a service and the way the other services are shown. Read the reporting format before you ask for a dashboard.

Pick the lines of work. We will write the scope.
