The 4 Pillars of Media.

Media

The studio

Where the four pillars get built.

Websites, search, leads, and growth are designed and written in one studio, then reported in one monthly letter. Work is scoped in writing before anything is built.

A busy design studio at dusk: four people in casual clothes at work (two sketching website wireframes on a whiteboard, one laughing at her monitor, one typing on a laptop) under violet accent lighting, with a city view through arched windows.

Everything a growing business needs online.

Rosaventa Media is a new studio built on a simple idea: everything a growing business needs online, planned, built, and reported by one studio, in plain English.

Many crafts. One studio.

A website that brings in customers takes more than a designer. Every project runs through strategy, design, development, search, content, and reporting, planned together, checked at each step, and signed off by a person before anything goes live.

Reporting

The letter is the product you keep.

Same six sections every month. Dated work. Labeled figures. Empty stays empty, with no padded numbers.

Rosaventa Media writes it for you, in plain English.

The reporting format

Concept example, not a client result

Rosaventa Media

Sample business

Market named in the letter · Period labeled for layout only

Illustrative copy and unitless bars. These are not visits, rankings, leads, or revenue.

Work completed

  • Published two service pages drafted in the prior period.
  • Corrected three title tags that did not match the page content.
  • Sent the monthly notes in this format.

Sample wording, not a client log.

Index only, to show how a chart sits in the letter. Connected properties would use labeled figures; empty properties stay blank.

Recommendations

Finish the remaining location page. Decide whether email is in scope next quarter. Sample wording only.

Open questions

Access to the listings login. Final phone number for the contact page. Sample wording only.

A bright media production studio: editing and color-grading screens, a cinema camera on a tripod, podcast microphones, softbox lights, and a world map mural. No readable labels. Concept still, not a photographed office.

You see drafts. Then you see the report.

  1. 01

    Inquiry

You tell us the business, the region, and the problem. A short written reply follows. This is not a contract and not a pitch deck.

  2. 02

    Discovery

We look at the current site, listings, and measurement, if they exist. You get notes on what we saw, including what we cannot see yet.

  3. 03

    Written scope

What we will do, what we will not do, how reporting will look, and what we need from you. Work does not start on a vibe.

  4. 04

    Production

Drafts you can mark up. Checkpoints on a calendar. We do not disappear for six weeks and return with a surprise.

  5. 05

    Launch

Live paths, access, redirects, and the measurement hookup the report will use. You know what went live.

  6. 06

    Monthly reporting

The same format each month: work, numbers, recommendations. If a month was quiet, the report says so.
