Our process
A project you can follow without a decoder.
Six stages, always in this order. You get writing at each handoff, not a status emoji, not a surprise launch. The monthly report is the last stage and then it repeats.
01
Inquiry
Next: Discovery
You tell us the business, the region, and the problem. A short written reply follows. This is not a contract and not a pitch deck.
02
Discovery
Next: Written scope
We look at the current site, listings, and measurement, if they exist. You get notes on what we saw, including what we cannot see yet.
03
Written scope
Next: Production
What we will do, what we will not do, how reporting will look, and what we need from you. Work does not start on a vibe.
04
Production
Next: Launch
Drafts you can mark up. Checkpoints on a calendar. We do not disappear for six weeks and return with a surprise.
05
Launch
Next: Monthly reporting
Live paths, access, redirects, and the measurement hookup the report will use. You know what went live.
06
Monthly reporting
Then the next period.
The same format each month: work, numbers, recommendations. If a month was quiet, the report says so.
What you will see
- A written reply to the inquiry, even when the answer is “not a fit.”
- Discovery notes that include what we could not see.
- A scope that lists exclusions next to the work.
- Drafts before launch, and the first reporting period on a calendar.
What you will not see
- Guaranteed map-pack ranks, lead quotas, or revenue forecasts.
- A six-week silence followed by a finished website.
- Invented case studies used as a substitute for this process.
- Invoices or payments in this preview. Those are not part of the demo.
The first stage is a note from you.
If the process looks like how you want to buy the work, send an inquiry. Demo mode stores it here only.
